 Components and features:

1. Vertical crusher box: the overall stress annealing after the box is welded, and the chassis is processed by a high-precision CNC machining center as a whole and boring as a whole to ensure that the equipment can run smoothly for a long time and at high load, and extend the service life of the transmission components. The inside of the box adopts a unique guide structure design, which can effectively prevent the phenomenon of card material and steel wire clumping; the opening and closing of the chassis are controlled by hydraulic drive, with the detachable structural design, so that the replacement of the tool becomes more convenient and fast, which completely changes the shortcomings of the traditional structure tool maintenance time-consuming and high cost.

2. Crusher spindle: the spindle adopts ultra-high-strength alloy steel 40Cr, using overall tempering and tempering, surface hardening and other heat treatment processes, with uniform force, high strength, good toughness, not easy to deform and other advantages, can ensure that the equipment can run at high load for a long time, effectively improve the safety factor;

3.Crusher main body: hammer head, hob, liner: hammer head, hob, liner, etc. are made of high manganese steel, which has the advantages of high strength, good toughness, and the higher the hardness of the hammering surface, the stronger the wear resistance, etc., which effectively improves the service life of the wearing parts; the wearing parts are produced in strict accordance with ISO standards to ensure that all the wearing parts can be interchanged.

4.Crusher transmission: the spindle adopts belt drive, which can effectively reduce the impact of stall on the motor when the spindle is broken; large-diameter precision cast pulley can effectively increase inertia (moment of inertia), reduce cutting energy consumption, and the precise dynamic balance of the pulley to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment reduces the vibration of the whole machine; the motor transmission adopts a hydraulic coupling to transmit torque, realize the smooth start of the motor, protect the motor, and reduce the impact on the power grid
